Diverse human resources such as moms and foreign staff are active
Company employees around 200. A wide variety of human resources, different nationalities, ages, and genders are playing an active role at Marubishi Industry. I will introduce senior employees who have been working in their own way and demonstrating their individuality.
I like cars therefore I decided to enter Marubishi Industry after graduating from the high school. I entered the production line for automobile seats, which is our main product. I have learned the work gradually and achieved my current level. I am one of young hard workers who was promoted to the line manager at the young age of 26 and now I completely get used to my position. I try to give detailed guidance to around 10 subordinates and teach practical skills. I am one of the staff who plays pivotal role in Marubishi's manufacturing.
I used the maternity leave and childcare leave system to leave work for a while after giving birth, and I returned to the company now "I want to work when I can". Nowadays, we have been checking the arrival and inventory status of parts which are used for production. As a mother of three boys, I am is busy with child-rearing and housework, but I always try to be a punctual at work. I try to be a cheerful and positive at any times, I am one of the inspiring persons in the workplace.
I was born in Liaoning Province, China. I was attracted by Japanese culture and I realized that I really want to live in Japan. Now I am belonging to the planning department at Marubishi Company. I am making an effort on the development of new products with a way of thinking which Japanese people usually do not. Products were planned by myself may be launched to sell in my home country too. I am one of Marubishi Industry key staff who are planning to expand our products into overseas markets as well as domestic with a view of globalization.
